ORDER
Once you have added all your desired items to your cart, follow these instructions:
- Click on the "Cart" icon and proceed to Checkout.
- Enter all your required contact, shipping, and billing information.
- Click on "Continue to Payment" and select your preferred payment method.
- Click on "Complete Order" and check your email for an order confirmation.
If you have signed in to your Clozzi account, your shipping and billing information will be stored. You will also have the option to edit or add additional details.
For custom orders, such as personalized sizing or engraving, full payment is required before order processing. However, if you are unable to pay the full amount upfront, you can make a 50% advance payment at the time of order placement. The remaining 50% must be paid upon receiving the order.

- Order ID is issued when you place an order. It is a unique number assigned to your transaction for reference.
- Tracking ID is issued when your order is dispatched. This ID allows you to track your order and check the delivery status.

Unfortunately, Clozzi does not offer store pickups at the moment. However, we are actively working on introducing this facility soon. Stay tuned for updates!
Once an order has been processed, additional items cannot be added. However, you can place a new order for the additional items.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may be able to make changes by providing your Order ID. Please contact Clozzi's customer service immediately for assistance.
Once your order is placed, you can track its status by logging into your account on Clozzi.pk. Go to 'My Orders' to view the real-time status of your purchase. Additionally, you'll receive email updates as your order progresses from processing to shipping and finally delivery.
You can view your complete order history by signing into your account and navigating to 'My Account' > 'Order History.' This section will provide you with detailed information about your past orders, including purchase dates, order numbers, product details, and statuses.
Yes, you can edit or add a new shipping address by logging in to your Clozzi account. Simply sign in and click on "My Account", where you can update your shipping details and save them for future orders.
If your order is already confirmed and you need to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service immediately. We will process the change only if the order has not yet been processed.
PAYMENT
If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method at checkout, you will need to pay the required amount in cash when your order is delivered. A receipt will be provided along with your purchase.
No, the prices do not include delivery and shipping charges. These charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a Billing Address is not required. We only need your Shipping Address, which is where your order will be delivered.
For Credit/Debit Card payments, both Billing and Shipping Addresses are required. They can be the same or different. To use a different Billing Address, simply select the ‘Use a different billing address’ option in the Billing Address section at checkout.
At Clozzi, we offer the following payment options:
